Who Are We?

The Dermal Coach was founded by Bec Cowan, a university qualified Dermal Clinician.

Bec’s journey to becoming a Dermal Clinician began when she experienced her own issues with acne during her teenage years which continued as she got older. This led to a career change, leaving the corporate world behind to embark upon learning as much as she could about the functions of the skin. After completing her Diploma of Beauty Therapy and gaining experience working in clinics around Sydney, Bec realised there was so much more to learn, which led to her completing her Bachelor of Dermal Science through Victoria University.

Bec prioritises the importance of knowledge and educates her clients on skin health, providing easy-to-understand information that empowers clients throughout their skin healing journey. Bec takes a holistic approach to skincare by providing her clients with evidence-based treatments that consider the entire body and overall well-being.
