She was so thorough and went through all my concerns and current products I was using. She then sent a lovely follow up email summarising everything we discussed and what she recommended. First of all, the space is so lovely and cozy. We started with a thorough consultation, in which Bec really took the time to understand my skin and any lifestyle factors that may be affecting it. The treatment itself was tailored to exactly what I needed – from both a skin and a pampering/wellness POV. It was truly such a nourishing and rejuvenating experience, especially because Bec took extra care to massage my face, scalp, and shoulders throughout.

It was by far the best facial I've ever had, and I'm pretty sure Bec was born to be a healer because her energy is so soothing, calming, and supportive! At the same time, it's clear she really knows her stuff, and I appreciate her emphasis on skin education and giving appropriate product/supplement recommendations. 10/10 would recommend :)

Meet Bec, Your Dermal Clinician

The Dermal Coach was founded by Bec Cowan, a university qualified Dermal Clinician.

Bec’s journey to becoming a Dermal Clinician began when she experienced her own issues with acne during her teenage years which continued as she got older. This led to a career change, leaving the corporate world behind to embark upon learning as much as she could about the functions of the skin. After completing her Diploma of Beauty Therapy and gaining experience working in clinics around Sydney, Bec realised there was so much more to learn, which led to her completing her Bachelor of Dermal Science through Victoria University.

Bec prioritises the importance of knowledge and educates her clients on skin health, providing easy-to-understand information that empowers clients throughout their skin healing journey. Bec takes a holistic approach to skincare by providing her clients with evidence-based treatments that consider the entire body and overall well-being.
